Commercial Description:
We invite you to experience our Amber Ale, a beer as beautiful to look at as it is to drink. Our recipe blends our own pale malt base with three specialty malts and the freshest "American" noble hobs. The resulting deep, rich color of Olde Towne Amber Ale means great flavor, leaning toward the malty side with just a hint of hops in the bouquet. Olde Towne Amber Ale is a feast for the eyes, nose and mouth. Tasting is understanding.

( 12oz bottle thanks to ericandersnavy) Pours clear amber. Nose of cooked butternut squash. Taste is bland corn, under-carbonated and overall not good. Too sweet as well.

Bottle from ericandersnavy. Thanks man for helping me add another state. Pours dark amber with a decent frothy beige head. Appropriate caramel aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is caramel with fruits, nuts, and maybe a bit of grassy hop. Has a very different flavor impression. Buttery apple? Finishes more dry than not. Ok drink.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. The look is clear, off white head, and amber in color, with not too much head. The smell is honey, malts, and caramel. The taste is malts, weird fruits, and caramel.

Bottle from ericandersnavy. Pours with a tan head and a slightly hazed amber-brown body. Aroma of grape, acetaldehyde (green apple) and table sugar. Taste is grape, musty/rotten fruits and completely undrinkable.

12 oz. bottle courtesy of a trade with brentfeesh. Pours a hazy amber with a moderate linen white head that faded to a film after the first two sips and left a very thin scum on the glass. The aroma is malt, grain and peanut butter. The flavor is malt and some earthy grain and plantains. A bit odd. Very light hops bitterness at the finish. Mediocre at best.

draft at brewery pours amber, light beige head. aroma and taste, grainy, roasted malts, feels watered down. Overall profile keeps a malty aspect with some faint touch of chocolate and caramel and additional light floral hops in the finish.
