Bottle. Pours hazy golden with thick white head. Strong aroma of banana and citrus. Easy on the palate but pretty watery. May just be old since the brewery burned down. Oh well.

hazy dark yellow, thin fine white headm strong clove and light banana aroma that grows and sweetens, nice tart wheat flavor with a good blend of the clove and banana, good balancing banana sweetness, well balanced and easy drinking on a hot summer afternoon

A very sour wheat beer. Almost like a Berlinner weisse, but unintentionally. cloudy yellow. Definitely infected.

Retired? I just bought this beer yesterday. It was pretty good. A peppery taste to it. Lightly spiced with some orange flavor.

"Courtesy" of Brentfreesh. Gold color with no head. Soured wheat aroma. Citrusy flavor with a fair amount of wheat. Out of the bunch, this one had the most promise, but still falls. As JK correctly pointed out, "this is not a half bad Berliner Weisse".

Anotherone shared by Badgerben. Either this bottle was over the hill or there were some major line problems towards the end. Hazy gold pour with whit head. Sour wheat nose with a caramel wheat body with a sourness that overruns the other flavor.

From a 12-oz bottle shared by badgerben, pours a semi-hazy pale golden brew with a quick dissolving off-white head. Aroma has lime and orange peel, vinegar and a touch of pineapple. Taste is highly carbonated, acidic and metalic flavor with a sour aftertaste. Finish is sour with vinegar character. This beer has been infected too. For a Belgian ale, this beer would receive a higher rating, but not as a hefeweizen.

Very good Hefe. Banana and clove scent is good, but not too strong. If you’re a fan of Hefeweizens - try this beer.
