Big pumpkin and nutmeg aroma with a backing of butter. The pumpkin is not nearly as big in the flavor, but there, with some dough and wheat. Light to medium body with some tingly carbonation and a wheat aftertaste. kp (8600), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

I had this at a restaurant my band ( www.TheMartiniShakers.com for a shameless plug--this is where I had it, though) was playing one night. They were having a special event where only Olde Towne beers were being served.
Had I not been drinking for free, I would have demanded my money back.
I drank a pint of this crap, and couldn’t drink any more beer that night. Every Olde Towne beer I drank after that tasted like this.
I would rather drink the beer in the bar towel of a pub that serves ANY other beer than this than EVER put this to my lips again.
Avoid this liek the plague!!!!!!! egore (4), Madison, Alabama, USA does not count | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 7, 2007 I’m not much on Pumpkin ales, but this one has good body and a nice balance of spices. Probably better than any Pumpkin Ale I’ve ever had. RichJ7 (1175), Cullman, Alabama, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 25, 2006 I thought it was rather tasty. Had it on tap tonight at the House of Brews in Huntsville. Nice dark orange-amber in color with no head. Fairly strong aroma of pumpkin spice, nutmeg. Very flavorful ... malty with strong pumpkiny overtones and a nice, dark spiciness to it. Very enjoyable. cmt (12), USA

Almost clear, with a very slight cloudiness. Orange in color. The aroma was definitely pumpkin pie spices and a little pumpkin, but the taste was definitely beer. Smooth and easy to drink, but definitely not an every day beer. I could smell the holidays though. BeerandBlues2 (3237), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Dec 20, 2004 This beer is only available on tap in Huntsville at a few select places, or kegs from the brewer. Color is hazy orange with very little off-white head. The aroma is faintly sour malt with a pumkin nose, some fruitiness. The flavor is sour pumkin and malt, heavy yeast finish. Palate is mild and fizzy.
