Commercial Description:
This is the second in a range of Ølfabrikken special ales.
Starting with the rich and slightly sweet malt profile of a Belgian triple we have added a hop charge every five minutes for full duration of the boil - each hop charge 100 grams larger than the previous one. The result is an immensely bitter ale - a 100 IBU's of course.
Ølfabrikken 100 gram IPA is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and cask conditioned like all of our beers.

Bottle... Thinkin’ ‘Bout Thirteen Hours O’ Drinkin’ (tew man wrecking crew)... Cloudy, caramel-colored ale with a mid-sized, creamy, off-white head. Clover honey and faint apricot tantalize my olfactory system. Full-bodied and velvety with ticklish carbonation. Malty sweetness and fruit abound, but in the end, bitterness prevails with a snappy hop bite. Kudos to growler for shipping me the bottle

Karamel malt, sødlig frugt, appelsin, grape og gran humle. Fyldig krop. Lige en anelse for "tung".

BIg bottle from PNW. Almost drink it earlier but it had been stored on it’s side and needed a couple days for the sediment to settle on the bottom. Good head. Dark reddish copper. Aroma is strong alcohol and hops. A dry woody strongly hopped beer with a very strong alcohol character.

Thanks to zeke626 for sharing. The beer was a hazy yellow/orange with generous eggshell colored foam. In the aroma I mostly got citrus grapefruit hops and some faint bread. The malts actually dominated the hops in the taste!! I also detected caramel and banana candy in the flavor. It had a dry bitter hoppy finish. It was very smooth palate-wise.

Golden color with a white head and some lacing. Smells of pineapple, orange, and some other tropical aromas. Taste is much of the same flavors. Medium carbonation and medium bodied with a bitter fiinish. Pretty drinkable, but I don’t know that I’ll be drinking too much of this.

Big thanks to BOLTZ7555 for this beauty. Bottle. Aroma of flowers, resin, pine, caramel, citrus and sweet sticky fruits. Nice medium orange amber hazy hue with a large off-white foamy head that mostly diminished and left great lace. Flavor has hay tones along with herbs and spices. Some caramel malt and wet weed flowers as well. Nice bitter finish. Palate is full bodied and oily soft. A large amount of bitters and I kind of like the herbal veggie flavors. You need to drink this one with a knife and fork for sure.
