What a gusher, Morten got all soaked in this, I had to run to the bathroom to open it fully. The foam kept coming out of this so I put the swing lock back on - when I had the empty the bottle for the rest later in the evening I managed to spray the kitchen sink, window, freezer - you name it - I’m glad this is retired.
Pours hazy dark brown with a huge brown head. Heavy raisin aroma, astringent malty too. Carbonated mouthfeel. Nice liqourice flavoured with a mellow sweet note. Ends slight bitter but then again rather soft caramel malty with a persisting liqourice note. Grovlam (3881), Copenhagen, Denmark

The aroma is sweet and very spicy with strong notes of caramel and muscovado sugar, and the spices includes coriander and cloves. The alcohol is also noticable in the aroma. The flavor is very sweet with notes of muscovado sugar, alcohol, caramel, spices, nuts, and some vegetables, leading to a dry nutty and spicy finish, where the alcohol leaves you with a slight burn on the palate. faroeviking (6130), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
