50 cL bottle. What a gusher, Morten got all soaked in this, I had to run to the bathroom to open it fully. The foam kept coming out of this so I put the swing lock back on - when I had the empty the bottle for the rest later in the evening I managed to spray the kitchen sink, window, freezer - you name it - I’m glad this is retired.

Pours hazy dark brown with a huge brown head. Heavy raisin aroma, astringent malty too. Carbonated mouthfeel. Nice liqourice flavoured with a mellow sweet note. Ends slight bitter but then again rather soft caramel malty with a persisting liqourice note.

Bottle. [Courtesy of yespr, tasting @ yespr] Very lively opening where Jesper first sprayed him self, then sprayed me……dam Jesper…he he… Huge thick and beige head that was quickly goon. Muddy brown colour with particles in flow. Full aroma of dried fruit with notes of prune, date, and other assortment of fruity notes. Some yeast and caramelized notes. Heavy underlying liquorice. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with light bitter notes. Fruity sweet finish. Quit nice Dubbel.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge dark orange-brown head. The aroma is sweet and very spicy with strong notes of caramel and muscovado sugar, and the spices includes coriander and cloves. The alcohol is also noticable in the aroma. The flavor is very sweet with notes of muscovado sugar, alcohol, caramel, spices, nuts, and some vegetables, leading to a dry nutty and spicy finish, where the alcohol leaves you with a slight burn on the palate.

Hazy brown colour short lasting head. Strong aroma of alcohol and some roasted maltiness. The alcohol is very much in the flavour along with a touch of fruitiness and sweet, roasted malt. Dry and somewhat flat aftertaste. The 8% alc. sure does warm you up!

Exploding head and a look like a true black porter with a weak brown head. Sweet belgo "aroflavor" with lots of dry fruitnotes. Too sweet medium hoppy end

Bottle. Opaque dark brown. Rich and long-lasting light brown head. Yeasty and fruity aroma of dark chocolate,, cocoa-powder, black currant, nuts, flowers, and spices. Black chocolate, marzipan, dades, crackers and over-riped cherries in the strong and warming flavour. Hints of fruitcake and pepper. Smooth mouthfeel with a moderate carbonation. Medium bitter finish of balck chocolate and nuts but the hearty and warming malty flavour dominates of nougat, almonds and whipped cream. Delicious.

Ølfestival Horsens 2006. It’s a very dark brown beer with a beautiful, golden head. The aroma and flavour is wonderfully malty with caramel, ant the flavour has the same notes, and also candy sugar and a hint of chocolate. The bitterness is very nice - a really nice beer!

Black colored, huge beige head. Aroma is sweet, spicy, chocolaty, mildly alcoholic and roasted witrh slight coffee tones. Medium to full bodied. Flavor has also this "Danish-flowery" hoppy tone (reminds me of spinach...), hay and also mild alcohol.
