| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 17/20 | May 15, 2008 Dark amber with a sudsy head that lingers. Nice aroma is earthy sweet brown sugar with rootbeer spices. Very smooth medium/full body. Great taste mirrors the aroma with brown sugar, dusty dark malts, molasses, and that earthy rootbeer spiciness. Just now saw the note that Het Anker brews this, no wonder it’s so damn delicious. Love it. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA
