Commercial Description:

English: Pale, dry and lightly bitter. Ølfabrikken American Pale Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy and grassy. The flavor is sweet grassy and hoppy, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is thin - I think the final gravity is pretty low. A very good thirst quencher.

(On tap) Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Fantastic hop aroma of peach and pine. Light to medium body, a little caramel and fruit with a lightly bitter finish. A very pleasant, refreshing and extremely quaffable session APA. 080808

From tap at Nadsat, on tap as Ølfabrikken APA, 5%. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Aroma is fruity hops with mild grapefruity and citrusy touch. Flavour follows this closely with a nice caramel malt base providing just enough balance to the the hops. Solid carbonation in the mouthfeel. Quite grapefruit citric flavour into the finish providing a nice dryness. Light brett-infection, or an off-note I would describe as brett :)

EBF2008. It’s a hazy golden beer with a creamy head. The aroma is fruity and aromatic. The flavour has loads of delicious Simcoe with notes of fruit, spruce and citrus and very light hints of caramel. It ends on a slightly bitter note. A lot of flavour in a relatively low ABV!
