American style hop-first ale. Loads of piney and citrusy aroma. Bitter as it is supposed to be, but not overwhelming - balanced well with the limited strength. Just a perfect beer for when visiting a bar wanting that American style ale, but avoiding the BWs and IIPAs in order retain functional capacity

Dec 17, 2008 On tap at EBF 2008, Copenhagen. Hazy gold with a great floral hop aroma. Very dry and fresh tasting. It leaves your mouth very dry. Brings to mind fresh meadows and wildflowers. Great stuff.

Apr 1, 2005 [Draught] Golden coloured. Very pleasant aroma of fresh hops. Refreshingly hoppy flavour with sweet malty notes underneath. Well balanced and very fresh. Rather dry finish.

Aug 17, 2008 Draught at Nadsat, Copenhagen. Hazy pale amber, minimal head. Rich lychee aroma. Sweet and floral, generously hoppy with medium body. clean, rounded mouthfeel, very bitter finish. Very American in style.

Aug 8, 2008 (On tap) Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Fantastic hop aroma of peach and pine. Light to medium body, a little caramel and fruit with a lightly bitter finish. A very pleasant, refreshing and extremely quaffable session APA. 080808

Oct 5, 2008 EBF2008. It’s a hazy golden beer with a creamy head. The aroma is fruity and aromatic. The flavour has loads of delicious Simcoe with notes of fruit, spruce and citrus and very light hints of caramel. It ends on a slightly bitter note. A lot of flavour in a relatively low ABV!
