Commercial Description:
A classic British best bitter with some extra "oomph" from dry hopping in each cask. brewed with Maris Otter Malt, Challenger, Golding and Fuggles hops. Ølfabrikken Bitter is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and cask conditioned like all of our beers. Only available on cask.

Cask conditioned at Ølbaren. Hazy amber coloured. Hoppy and fruity aroma and flavour. Notes of tea and flowers. Light to medium body. Very classic bitter.

Cask at Ølbaren, Copenhagen. Hazy orange beer with a small off white head. Mild hoppy fruity aroma with floral notes. Light malty sweet flavor along a hoppy fruityness. Dry finish with pine notes.

Cask at Ølbaren. Hazy orange coloured with an off white head. Aroma of fruits and hops. Flavour of fruits, especially peaches, malts and hops. Dry hoppy finish. Authentic english bitter, but better and more hoppy than most english bitters.
