| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 17, 2008 Draught at Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. Hazy red/brown colour with a smooth creamy head. Plenty of nutty malt here, with some woody edges. Fair amount of chocolate too. Also a prominent US hop element. Mouthfeel is clean and firm. I’m not usually a big fan of Brown Ales but this is certainly one of the best I’ve had thanks to the balance of malt and hop.
