Commercial Description:
English: Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is a nice little thirst quencher brewed with a big quantity oatmeal, which combined with very light carbonation provides the ale with a extra smooth texture. The hops are American Amarillo that leave a fresh, crisp bitterness and notes of ripe abricot. Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

Den er alt alt for bitter til mine sarte smagsløg, kan ikke anbefales med mindre man er til sure sager.

Pours a hazy golden. In contrast to many a brew from Ølfabrikken this one doesn’t hit you with an american hop fist. Instead the malts brings ot a sweet toffeelike and caramel character, that is contasted by a bitter aftertaste of citrus and grape. Refreshing.

On draught, at Haket, Göteborg. Clear yellow colour, with huge head - I got the last from the keg here. Vanilla and citrus backbone with touch of grass. Light bodied. Flavour is very pale malty with suggestions of vanilla. Clearly grassy. Low bitterness and rounded mouthfeel.
