Commercial Description:
English: Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is a nice little thirst quencher brewed with a big quantity oatmeal, which combined with very light carbonation provides the ale with a extra smooth texture. The hops are American Amarillo that leave a fresh, crisp bitterness and notes of ripe abricot. Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

Bottle 50 cl. Creamy average white head that’s diminishing. The colour is clear and yellow. Good hoppy aroma of flowers and grass. It has a medium body, with a creamy texture and soft carbonation giving it a good mouthfeel. The flavor is well balanced medium sweet and medium/heavy bitter. A long bitter finish.

Bottled. Thx Gustaf. Hazy golden with a small, white head. Light and fresh with some citrus and pefume. Pretty hoppy. Lightbodied and slightly thin. Citrus-flavour.

Fliptop bottle 0.5 l. Cloudy golden, looks a bit like a hefe-weizen. Lacy small head. Honey, hops and some citrus nose. Flavor is slightly acidic and nicely hoppy with a orange juicy fullness. Very nice with a really fatty texture. Good.

Bottle (50 cl) from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen, Denmark. Cloudy deep golden with a medium white head. Earthy malt aroma with strong hoppy notes of apricot and citrus. Smooth and creamy indeed, dry with a relatively short bitter finish.
