Jul 17, 2007 Updated: Jul 18, 2007On tap@Plan B, Copenhagen. One finger mostly diminishing white head. Slight misty, pale golden body. Delicious aroma of summerflowers with whiffs of sweet citrus and honey. Taste is mild dry malts with some nice floral notes. Gentle hops all the way through. Smooth and mellow mouthfeel. As light-bodied as it should be. A perfect summer treat. Yum yum.

Jun 23, 2007 (BBE 15.4.07) Dark golden colored, little white head. Cloudy appearance. Stronly living carbonation. Lemon dominates in aroma with hoppy bitterness and mild spices. Medium bodied. Flavor is also bitter with some skunky yeast, lemon and flowery bitterness. Creamy palate.

May 28, 2007 Cloudy orange coloured, small white head, no bubbles. Hoppy aroma, some orange. Flavour’s predominantly bitter. I’m not sure what the style is supposed to be about, but who cares: i’ve finally completed all styles here on ratebeer!

May 26, 2007 Bottle, at the brew day, May 2006. Pale straw colour. Lots of grapefruit in the aroma. More citrus in the flavour, with some orange zest joining the grapefruit. As we don’t have cream ales in the UK, I really know nothing about the style, but it seemed more like an IPA to me. But I’ll take the style tick of course.

May 21, 2007 Draught. Hazy yellow colour, small white creamy head. Aroma is sweet acidic fruits and yeast. Flavour is yeasty, fruity, flowery, hoppy and some mild spices. Pleasant brew.

May 19, 2007 Hehe... Finally a Cream ale! Now I have ratings of all beerstyles. :-) Aroma is hoppy with oranges. Cloudy, yellow coloured with a thin, off-white head. Taste is bitter, bit sweet with hops, some grainy malts, mandarin and oranges. Nice.

Pale hazy yellow color, firm creamy white head. Hayish aroma with hints of citrus. Light lemony palate. Citrusy, some grassy hops in the aftertaste.
