| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Aug 2, 2006 500 ml bottle. Golden yellow and really cloudy. Nice little average white head. Looks much like a witbier. Chocolatey orange yeastiness aroma. Somewhat biscuity. Toasted oats. Sourish and bitter mouthfeel. Thick soft texture. Finishes rich and slightly sweet, but also with a sharp bitter edge. Very interesting beer indeed, and surprisingly complex. This is not like the American cream ales as far as I can tell. American hops and malty sweetness in the quite pleasant aroma. The flavor is a bit weak, with a nice hop-level, yeast and a grainy note. Medium body, quite dry. The aroma promises more than the flavor can fullfill, but it is a quite good beer anyway. (7-3-6-3-12-3.1) (060704)
Rerate: Draught at Horsens Beerfestival. Unclear, golden-orange with a white head. Fresh aroma with citrusy hops. The flavor is hoppy with fruits and lemon. Medium body. A very refreshing beer, but maybe a bit one-dimentional. (061028) elektronikfagtekniker (892), kbh, Denmark
