Commercial Description:
English: Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is a nice little thirst quencher brewed with a big quantity oatmeal, which combined with very light carbonation provides the ale with a extra smooth texture. The hops are American Amarillo that leave a fresh, crisp bitterness and notes of ripe abricot. Ølfabrikken Cream Ale is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

A hazy orange beer with a huge white head. The aroma is quite hoppy - surprisingly hoppy for a cream ale, the hops gives it reminisence of grapefruit. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hops and grapefruit, but still very light which makes it very easily drinkable. A nice thirst quencher. The mouthfeel is quite carbonated. The after taste lingers for a very long time with notes of grapefruit.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very unclear orangey golden with a creamy (well, of course....) and yellowish head. Fresh, lightly citrusy nose. Rather light-bodied with a vaguely malty character. Fresh citrusy notes are also to be found in the flavour (from the hops?) and a marked bitter finish. This really shouldn’t have been released in January but in the midst of summer - would’ve been the perfect summer quencher. 250106

50 cL bottle. Pours unclear yellow with white head. Yeasty, citric aroma with clear amarillo hops. Mouthfeel is both creamy and carbonated. Taste is fruity and yeasty - too yeasty. Long and very dry, hoppy and bitter finish.

Draught. Weak, teaish aroma. Cloudy yellow/orange colour, small white head. The flavour is tea-like, but mild and quite drinkable. Low carbonation and creamy mouthfeel.
