May 28, 2007 I tried this at Københavnske Øldage 2007.You can really smell the berries and sence the alcohol, but of course with 13%. The flavour of malt is also there although the berries are quite dominant. A good beer.

May 20, 2007 Cloudy reddish brown color, short head. Aroma of raspberry, but not sweet and overwhelming, just nice and soft through the barley-wine like caramel malt and hops. Quite alcoholic taste, dry and slight bitter, fruity. Belly warming, but a bit too much alcohol.

May 19, 2007 Aroma of brambles, bit marzipan, some caramel malt with some alcohol. Red-brown coloured with a thin head. Taste is sweet, very fruity (brambles and berries), alcohol, sugar and caramel malt. Siruppy texture. Not a bad fruitbeer, but not my style.

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage. Crazy stuff indeed. Very tart, lots of berry notes, clear and not too pleasant burnt sugar giving it a syrupy texture. Bags of character hence the decent score but I’m not sure I particularly liked it...

May 15, 2007 Ølfestival 2007. On tap.Pours a hazy reddish brown with an average off-white head. Smells of raspberries (surprice, surprice) Moderate sweetness with lighter acidic notes. Aromas of raspberries and citrus. medium carbonated. Full, creamy body. Average raspberry finish.

May 15, 2007 Tap at CPH festival: Dark amber with off white head. Sweet malty/fruity aroma. Citric. Light vinous sour cherries/berries bite - with a light sugary sweetness in between. The alcohol is well hidden. Light hops in the end!
