Commercial Description:
Our Autumn Brew is a dark and malty ale with four different caramel malts combined into a rich and slightly sweet malt profile. Aromatic Czech Saazer hops supplements the fruitness from the yeast.

Enjoy it at 10-12 degrees Celcius with roasted, salted chestnuts with butter on one of those wet, cold and dark Scandinavian autumn afternoons.

Red brown with a low head. Amazing citric aroma of oranges and toffee. The flavours are bitter with notes of grape, lime, roasted malts, some dried fruits, wood and berries. A nice beer for the fall.

It has a beautiful red-golden color, that makes me think of leaves in the fall. The head is huge, nice and creamy. The aroma has notes of sweetness, caramel, fruit and the flavour has sweetness, notes of caramel, cane sugar, citrus and a dry finish. IMO it’s a bit bock-like!

Bottle, 6.5%. 4 months past BB date. Nice hop aroma, slightly teaish and quite malty, dusty and roasted. Hazy dark red/brown colour. Stable, creamy, light brown head. The flavour is quite roasted and a little sweet with a touch of tartness. Also creamy, bordering on buttery. Late roasted aftertaste with a little alcohol. Full mouthfeel.

Bottle from Papsoe, sampled with Zinister. Thanks!
Pours like cloudy iced tea with a cedar and strawberry aroma. Flavor is plastic cedar, dry cherry, and wet wood. Average mouthfeel. Not a very good effort.

Thanks to Papsoe for this one (via Kaggie/Zinister trade). Very dirty tea color...brown and murkey. Nose of figs, dark fruits, hazelnut, old oaks. Taste is very dry cherry mixed with wet wood...some hops in there as well. Finish is dry, bitter and lingering.
