Commercial Description:
Our Autumn Brew is a dark and malty ale with four different caramel malts combined into a rich and slightly sweet malt profile. Aromatic Czech Saazer hops supplements the fruitness from the yeast.

Enjoy it at 10-12 degrees Celcius with roasted, salted chestnuts with butter on one of those wet, cold and dark Scandinavian autumn afternoons.

Draught at Plan B, Copenhagen
Cloudy red-mahogany color. Strong aroma of caramel, of dry wood, of hay and cereals. Good body strength, with some malt flavor, some sweetness, caramel; maybe too much cereals taste. Reasonably bitter, with also some nice hidden aromatic hop. Controversial.

Bottle. Clody deep brown. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, fruitish hops and some yeast. Flavour of toasted caramel and malt, ripe fruits, hops and a slightly smoky touch.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Hazy, mahagony coloured, mid-sized tanned head, aroma is a mix of robust resinous hops and a solid sweet-vinous fruitiness; fat bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; floral and resinous hops in the lingering, mainly dry fruity-bitter finish. Good, good.......

50 cl bottle. Dark beer with firm head. Lovely full malt taste, caramel, burned sugar, dried fruit. Sour cherries leading to a sligtly Belgian sourness and a little bitterness in the finish. Some coffee and liquorice in there , too. Packed with flavour.

Reddish brown with a fine beige head. Hoppy aroma with caramel. Slightly thin body. Plenty of bitterness that dosn’t follow up upon the aroma.

The first beer me and ozujsko had of the 11 we got from Papsoe.
This poured a murky brown colour with a medium sized fluffy tan head that went away at a medium pace,. Pleasant and complex sweetish nose, malt, honey, herbs and a touch of roasted malts. The taste is pleasant yet odd... a coffeeish/earthy roasted malt taste, fought with a refreshing, yet out of place sourness (yeah, our bottle was also bb April 1st). Weak sweetish aftertaste. Ok enough. Wonder if this is how it was supposed to taste.

Muddy brown with a creamy lasting head. Malts - slight sweet, caramel, flowery hops and a good filling body with a nice sticky hoppy lasting end. Nice!!!!!
