Commercial Description:
Our Autumn Brew is a dark and malty ale with four different caramel malts combined into a rich and slightly sweet malt profile. Aromatic Czech Saazer hops supplements the fruitness from the yeast.

Enjoy it at 10-12 degrees Celcius with roasted, salted chestnuts with butter on one of those wet, cold and dark Scandinavian autumn afternoons.

Bottle. Clear light red / amber color with a average frothy to creamy off-white good lacing head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy and yesty, fruit, prune. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter, salty. finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter, salty with a average to long duration. Not in a good balance like bleend of ale from UK and a hoppy pils form CZ !! Body is ligth to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. Colour like coffee with cream. Light brown creamy head of medium duration. Heavy malt, dried fruits, yeast, citic acid and some smoke in the aroma. Some apples as well. Initially sweet malty and caramel driven flavor, which is quickly followed up by an almost astrigent hoppy bitterness. Multilayered beer.

50 cL bottle. Pours amber with huge light brown/yellow head. Aroma is slight flowery and yeasty. Mouthfeel is round and soft. Taste is very flowery hoppy with sweet caramel beneath. This bottle was 1 month to BBD (1st of April) and had a distinct citric/sour note to it which ruines the overall experience. Dry bitter finish.

Dark amber color. Unclear. Has a big beige head. Burnt sharp aroma. Burnt notes in the flavor, like wet burnt paper, melon too??

Strange brew, but not bad. And it’s definately not an alt! Brownish beer with an distinct aroma of dried fruits, hops and wood. The taste is malty, with a nice balancing bitternes. It has a hint of sourness, but not like it’s infected. I don’t now how to label this one. I’ve even heard it should be an ale dobbelbock....

Bottle. Reddish brown with a fine beige head. Hoppy aroma with caramel, alcohol, yeast, metal and date cake. Flavour is a bit sour then sweet and ending up with a good bitterness. Elements of citrus and tobacco along with something, I can’t quite put my finger (or rather tongue) on, that’s not very pleasant.

Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Dark brown - white head. High malty, raisins, lemon, rather sweet. Finishes with an unpleasant taste of rosemary flavored soap, is that really the intention ?? Light hoppy.
