Commercial Description:
Our Autumn Brew is a dark and malty ale with four different caramel malts combined into a rich and slightly sweet malt profile. Aromatic Czech Saazer hops supplements the fruitness from the yeast.

Enjoy it at 10-12 degrees Celcius with roasted, salted chestnuts with butter on one of those wet, cold and dark Scandinavian autumn afternoons.

Reddish brown with a dissapearing white head. Yeasty aroma hints of biscuit and cherries. Yeasty flavour, vague notes of cracker, dark fruit and cherries. Yeast and cherryskins in the finish. Well.made beer but lacks some focus.

On tap. Brownish with little head. A bit hoppy but slightly more malty than hoppy. A bit dry and bitter in taste. A touch of caramel.

Muddy brown color almost no head. Fantastik aroma, no carbonation. A bitter but okay taste that dosn’t follow up upon the aroma.

Bottle. Frothy light brown head, but alas there is very little of it. Nice lightbrown colour. Heavy hoppy aroma. Caramelic flavour. Long finish.

Light brown colour with a small light brown head. heavy aroma of hobs and caramel. Great taste and a long finish. Not the best from Ølfabrikken, but still a good beer.
