A sweet, soft beer with a hoppy base. Very close to what seems to be the Ølfabrikken signature flavor. sunevdj (1785), Copenhagen OE, Denmark

Very aromatic, lots of sweet caramel and flowery hops along with some lemon and alchohol. Fresh and delicious flavor with a pretty complex malty caramel/toffee sweetnes mixed with a good amount of bitterness. Great beer. Jeppe (2638), Ølbutikken, Denmark
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 27, 2005 Hand bottled from draught by assistant brewer Keller - thanks man! Pours unclear deep amber colored and a small head (probably because of the bottling). Dominating fruity and creamy aroma with a nice sweet candied note and a good complexity. Malty, hoppy and nutty flavor, very smooth and tastefull, with a nice dry bitter end. Not the most challenging beer, but an excellent all-nighter. Ølfabrikken just can’t do anything wrong at the moment :-) LoveCaissa (873), Copenhagen, Denmark

I love how these guys experiment - especially when the results are so impressive. This ale/bock is extremely malty with hints of fruit and it ends in a lovely balanced bitter finish. voota (765), Melbourne, Australia

Sour, spicy, dry, musky aroma, a bit like composted soil. Interesting flavour, based around a mild tartness, apricots and earth come through too. Dry, sour finish... Nothing like I was expecting, and very very enjoyable.
