Commercial Description:
This beer was brewed to celebrate the Great Danish Beer Festival. It is a Belgian inspired amber ale which has been conditioned for six months for extra smoothness. The malts are balanced by delicious Czech Saaz hops. Ølfabrikken Festival Reserve is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers. Introduced on 'Københavnske Øldage 2006'. Only available in 1½ liter champagne bottles.

Poured an opaque orange-brown body with a white head. Malty nose, lightly hoppy. Aroma hop, malt and sour fruit in the taste. Nice spicey yeast in the taste. Really glad to have tried this rare beer!
