Bought @ Det Lille Ølhus, Ribe.
Pours deep golden with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has a bit of cellar, some good toffee, yeast and light exotic fruits. Super creamy mouthfeel. Great flavour, caramel, dryness, tripel, saison, barley wine. Feels nice, experimental and still balanced. Great!

May 21, 2008 Bottle@TheWolf. Pours deep orange with a good white head. Aroma is matured & has a lot of yeast & orange fruits. Good creamy & soft mouthfeel. Some caramel & good maltyness. Good balance & well aged!

May 24, 2008 Bottle @ thewolf-and-his-flock-of-sheep tasting session. Cloudy orange color, short off-white head. Sweet aroma, caramel malt. Quite malty taste, slight bitter. Hint of barley-wine notes.

Oct 15, 2009 (on bottle) Dark orange, white head. Old cellar aromas; some chapions and vanillabeans too. Really smooth mouth, rubs the tounge really firm and good. Heavy malt taste, along with a hint of allspice. Good, warming finish.

Jun 5, 2006 Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2006. Unclear amber colour with a weak head. Light aroma of sweet malt and some citrus too. Light hoppy flavour with a sweet malt profile, ends up dry and little hoppy. Very enjoyable.

May 22, 2008 Bottled. Tasting @ Kolding Bryglaug. Aroma has caramel fruity maltiness and cheesy yeast. Hazy, brown coloured with an offwhite head. Taste is sweetish, yeasty, toffee malty and has nice fruits in it. Medium bodied. Good beer.

Jun 1, 2006 Bottle. Hazy orange in colour. A nicely balanced ale, with some sweet caramel, and citric, lightly apricoty hop characters, finish is lightly yeasty, a very pleasant ale.
