Pours a hazy yellow with a great frothy whit ehead. Aroma is very nice, very complex and very powerful. Caramel, yeast, peach, apples, oranges and yeast. Very full and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is very well-balanced, mixing all these tones and notes into a great ensemble. Flowers, hops, banana, peach, apple, Belgian yeast. Extremely well-hidden alcohol - but still lightly warming. Why oh why, will we never see this brew again!? mar (1862), Dallas, Texas, USA
