Commercial Description:
A light, but nonetheless malty blond ale with subdued bitterness and discrete spicing. Brewed for the danish spring. Ølfabrikken Forår is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

Bottle. High white but quickly disappearing head. Hazy orange body. Aroma of peaches. Peach flavor with honey and hops. Not too sweet though.

Bottle. Orange without much head - allthough it’s quite fizzy. A well balanced spring offering that appearence- and flavor wise make me think of of a refreshing soda/lemonade. Considering the price of ølfabrikkens beers this won’t be the one I buy again.

Bottle. Bright gold-orange with a small creamy white head. The aroma has sweet malt, sugar, flowery spice, and some honeyish notes. Interesting soft flavours though some prickly carbonation is present. Alcohol warmth and sweet malt are primary characteristics. Sampled at the Ølfabrikken Brewday on May 19, 2006.

Bottle Hazy, yellow body. No head. Aroma of hops: flowers, dandelions, liquor, ... Moderately bitter, lightly sour initial flavour. Moderately bitter finish.

Pours muddy yellow with limited head. Aroma of banana, spices and other flowery aromas. Quite good body, taste is quite sophisticated with tones of flowers, some malts and limited hoppyness.

Cloudy yellow with white head. Definetly sweet & fruity with flowery spices. Average carbonated. The finish is sweet and average! Not in the "best of" category from ølfabrikken!

Pours a pale amber with a white dimminishing head. Quite sweet with aromas of malts, fruits, yeast and alcohol. High carbonation (even though the bottle didn´t seem tightly sealed... Hurry up and drink it, that´s what I thought) Dry finish.

Cloudy yellow colour with a huge white head. Sweet and fruity aroma with hints of yeast. Flavour is sweet too with lots of pale malt and medium bitter finish. A smooth and enjoyable Belgian ale but in the long run it is a bit too sweet.
