Commercial Description:
A light, but nonetheless malty blond ale with subdued bitterness and discrete spicing. Brewed for the danish spring. Ølfabrikken Forår is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

Draught
Cloudy blond color; huge creamy head. The aroma is earthy, flowery and a bit herbal. Sweet, quite malty, with a yeasty mellow fruitness. Smooth. Not enough hops, but enjoyable.

Bottle from Ølbutikken. Hazy orange colour with yeast floating around and a fast disapering head. Yeasty spicy fruity aroma and a very sweet spicy fruity light alcoholic taste. Medium body and a sweet alcoholic finish.

Pale with a nice firm head. Nose dominated by pears, a hint of flowers and alcohol. Quite fullbodied taste, sweet but not over the top. Again the alcohol is quite dominating. Nice beer, but the alcohol is too high for a spring beer.

Bottled: Orange coloured. Unclear. Instantly diminishing head. Yeasty and fruity aroma. Some vague spices. Flavour is nicely fruity, sweet, malty and spiced. Has an orange note or 2. In the end I find some alcohol notes. Nice without beeing something extraordinary.

A hazy orange beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with some notes of peach. The flavor is sweet with notes of peaches and yeast, while the mouthfeel is sticky.
