Commercial Description:
A light, but nonetheless malty blond ale with subdued bitterness and discrete spicing. Brewed for the danish spring. Ølfabrikken Forår is, of course, unpasteurized, unfiltered and bottle conditioned like all of our beers.

A hazy orange beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet spicy with some notes of peach. The flavor is sweet with notes of peaches and yeast, while the mouthfeel is sticky.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very pale and completely opaque - looks almost like a Belgian Wit. Very fruity nose - banana? Yeast up there too. Quite full-bodied with loads of malt and some indefinable spices. Very delicate - but an unusually strong brew for a spring seasonal. 120805

Bottled at RBESG. Cloudy yellow. Herbal aroma. Sweet and honeyish with medium body and notes of sugar. The sweetness hides the alcohol well, but gets a bit much.

Draught
Cloudy blond color; huge creamy head. The aroma is earthy, flowery and a bit herbal. Sweet, quite malty, with a yeasty mellow fruitness. Smooth. Not enough hops, but enjoyable.

Bottle from Ølbutikken. Hazy orange colour with yeast floating around and a fast disapering head. Yeasty spicy fruity aroma and a very sweet spicy fruity light alcoholic taste. Medium body and a sweet alcoholic finish.

Pours muddy yellow with limited head. Aroma of banana, spices and other flowery aromas. Quite good body, taste is quite sophisticated with tones of flowers, some malts and limited hoppyness.

Bottle. The alcohol was the first thing i noticed on this one, so i guess that not a good start. Some sweet pale malt, slightly yeasty/citrusy, with some herbal/floral characters. The alcohol shows though, and thats probably why i didn’t like this one so much.
