Orange-golden with a nice fruit-sour aroma with notes of cherries. The flavour has a light sweetness and a fine berry sourness, and the cherries aren’t a very distinct note. The sourness goes on throughout the entire finish, but it never becomes too much, in fact I wouldn’t have minded it a bit more tart. 2194 joergen (8627), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage. Cloudy brown with a tan head. Yup it’s a kriek bruin, it does exactl what it says on the tin. Rather tasty actually apart from a harsh hit of sugar at the finish leaving a very tart cherry aftertaste. A little too much carb. Took three goes for the lady to pour it even to get 10cl in the glass. Interesting but not amazing. Papsoe (15103), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Medium body with a fairly high carbonation. Fruity, acidic and very fresh cherry flavours. The finish is tart but not overly so. Nice. 110507 thewolf (5808), Kolding, Denmark
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | May 17, 2007 A muddy pale brown with no head. Aroma is lightly sour with a caramel edge. Flavour is surprisingly sour, appearing to have next to none balance. Disappointment!
