Commercial Description:
Danish: En belgisk Bruin øltype. Bryggen er flot nøddebrun i glasset, let og frisk, og den rundhåndede brug af karamelmalt giver smag af rosiner, nødder og karamel. Den maltede øl er kun svagt bitter og den får blød humlesmag af styrian gylden humle samt afrundes med belgisk ale gær.

Unclear medium to dark amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, nutty, caramel notes, moderate to light heavy hoppy, perfume, grass, dusty, turpentine notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090312]

Bottle 75 cl. Pours hazy and opaque with a handsome, dense beige head. Aroma of fruit and a little caramel with some yeast. Medium body, fruit, a little brown sugar and yeast with a somewhat astringent and phenollic finish. 270409

Bottle. Muddy brown body with a bubbly light brown head. Malty and bit spicy aroma with some ripe fruit. Flavour is a strange combo of spices, caramel and a slight sourness which didnt fit. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Malt and nuts in aroma. Unclear brown colour with high light brown head. Malt flavour with raisins and caramel. Rather sweet. The styrian Golding hops very discrete. Rich carbonation.
