Mar 26, 2009 Muddy brown with a big, but disappearing off-white head. Classic Belgian yeast aroma with spices and dark fruits, plus a hint of hops. Dry and spicy flavour, with a bitter finish. Not bad at all, but I would prefer a richer nutty malt.

Mar 25, 2009 75 cL bottle. Pours dark brown with a light tan head. Dense hoppy and somewhat yeasty aroma. Flavour is caramel malt and Belgian yeast with a distinct and solid hoppy floral flavour. Bitter, roasted malt and yeasty flavoured finish. Somewhat unrefined and undbalanced.

Fruity aroma of pine apples and metal with notes of yeast and spices.
The flavour is dominated by yeast and walnuts with notes of fruits, metal, spices and hops.
Yeasty and hoppy finish.

Mar 16, 2009 Bruin my ass but quite a good beer anyway. Fruity and hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, bread and nuts. Flavour along the same lines but with a pronounced hop-profile, yeast and a fine bitterness. Not bad.

Mar 15, 2009 Flaske. Flasken er mudret brunlig med et kæmpe skumhoved. Duften er dejlig frisk humlet hvilket lover rigtig godt. Men selvom øllen smager godt er mundfylden underlig tynd og vandet hvilket gør at øllen ikke rigtig kan nydes. Synd med den mundfylde der virkelig trækker ned.

Mar 14, 2009 The color is muddy brown and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of fruit, yeast, caramel and rubber and anise. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of fruity hops, nuts, caramel, light citrus, hints of licorice, yeast and IMO it’s a bit out of balance.
