Commercial Description:

Bottle. Wheat malt, yeast and coriander in aroma. Pale yellow unclear colour with white head. Flavour sweet and in accordance with aroma. Only slight bitterness. Moderate carbonation. I guess we have to accept that Ølfabrikken has stopped experimenting.

75cl bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a handsome lasting creamy egg white head and lacings. Nose is fresh of yeast, citrus, wheat, grass and hops. Smooth and medium mouthfeel with a lively carbonation. Taste is very Belgium like with citrus, yeast, wheat and a whiff of alcohol and hops dominating. Quite tasty & OK.

Bottle. [thank you, Feldthaus]
On the bus to ZBF. Pours muddy pale yellow with a nice, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma has lemons, lime leaves - quite zesty. Some malts and oranges behind it as well as a dose of herbal hops - quite spicy. Fat mouthfeel, light carbonation. Flavour is lightly vinious, good notes of fresh lime and a fresh hoppy touch. Very drinkable, but still feels a bit sharp in its flavours

Botella grande. Nice hazy golden colour with a big steady mostly lasting white frothy head. Good lacing. Aroma of flowers and some parfume with wheat, sweet fruit and yeast, bit of alcohol. Good lively mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet and yeasty with wheat and alcohol, a soft bitterness, flowers and some citrus. Dry alco wheat and fruity well lasting finish. Really nice but the alcohol is a bit too dominating in the flavour.
