Jun 2, 2007 On tap @ Ølbaren. Pours a hazy dark amber with a white head. Bitter and slightly acidic. Very hoppy; a bit like sour fruit de bois. Gives nice hoppy burbs. Soft carbonation. Long, very bitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a lacing white head. Sweet caramel malt and soapy hops aroma, grapefruit notes. Sweet caramel malt, sugarish feel and flavour. Good bitterness leading into a dry bitterness in the finish.6-3-7-4-14

May 25, 2007 Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Pours out in a a hazy golden colour topped with a frothy white head. Flowery and citric hop aroma. Grapefruit, green hops and flowers in the flavour. Hop-bitter long finish of spices and citric fruit.

May 23, 2007 (Draught at Plan B, Copenhagen, 17 May 2007) Golden yellow colour, hazy, with a brief head. Fruity nose with fresh hoppy notes, grapefruit and pine needles. Fruity, floral taste with grapefruit, fresh hops and hints of spruce needles. Light to medium body. Great hop character, lovely summery brew.

May 23, 2007 My guess is this is the Sommer IPA I sampled on tap at the Ølbaren, not the retired version. Aroma of more flora hops. Hazy, orange coloured with an off-white, medium head. Taste is bitter, floral hoppy, some caramel. Dry finish.
