Commercial Description:
Editor’s note: Also known as "Ølfabrikken Sommer IPA 2007".

Draught. It’s a warm golden beer with a lovely hoppy aroma, that has notes of citrus and spice. The flavour is fruity hoppy with a nice caramel foundation and notes of grass and a nice citrussy bitterness. 2191

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Cloudy light amber / orange color with a average frothy fair lacing mostly diminshing off-white head. Aroma is heavy hoppy, perfume / flower, grass. Initail flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter, finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Hoppy sweet, a little syntetic sweet ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draft. A hazy orange-amber beerwith a thin beige head. The aroma is lovley hoppy with nice notes of the Centennial hops, that both gives it citrus notes and some spices. The flavor is lovely sweet with a very nice amount of hop notes including grass, leading to a bitter end, where the grass lingers around. It has a good body.
