Flavor is very dry and of course bitter. Great IPA the way i like them, and worked well at a christmas lunch where the dark brews get too heavy later on. sayravai (3733), Helsinki, Finland

Aromatic-hoppy, Nögne IPA-like, sweet and strawberry-fruity aroma. Sweetish, yeasty and very fruity flavor with lavender and a very bitter-grassy finish (although masked by fruity maltiness). Medium to full-bodied palate with smooth carbonation. A fresh and very pleasant IPA, but with a slight harshness dropping the overall score. cab (864), Denmark

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 27, 2008 Bottle. It pours a hazy, orange-golden with a nice, off-white head. Pinecones, citrus, peach and resin on the nose, some maltyness detected too, but not much. Doesn’t matter though, it smells delicious. The flavor followes the same path, but has more malty sweetness, giving it nice balance, still it’s not in the same league as the aroma. The finish is a long one, getting better and better, before it slowly fades. It’s a lovely beer, but it feels a bit one-dimentional after a while, but I wouldn’t be sad if I had regular access to it. | 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 18, 2007 Hazy deep blond color. The nice hoppy aroma is also fruity and a bit resiny (pine needles…). The mouthfeel is a bit drier than expected, but with some malt flavor, good hopping, very aromatic, and the light resins make it very pleasant. Very good. omhper (12232), Stockholm, Sweden
