bottled 3-sep-2008, tasted 1 year later. bbf jan 2010. 75 cl corked bottle. Cork was very hard to pull out by hand, but with a few tools and some yelling and swearing i got it out. cloudy yellow, large fluffy white head. nice fruity and dry aroma, a little yeast, a little flowery hops, some citrus, alc is there, but just ads power to the other aromas. flavor is spicy, slighthly sweet yellow fruity, some alc, coriander, orange, orange peel, much more dry and spicy than sweet. good strong belgian, mild in the flavor, strong in the effect;-).

Bottle, 75cl corked. The beer pours a hazy, yellowish golden body under a white head, and releases aromas of oranges, flowers and some pale malts. The flavor is orangey and flowery as well, with pale malts and a nice bitterness. Dry, effervescent mouthfeel, and it finishes as it tasted initially. Nice bitterness. A decent beer, but not my idea of a Christmas beer. (090605)

Bottle. Golden - orange colour with a white head. Aroma is hop, alcohol, fruit, citrus. Flavour is hop, alcohol, fruit, citrus, coriander. Full bodied nice beer.

Bottle. Orange and coreander in the aroma. Hopbitter pepppery flavor with citrus, anis and lots of coreander. Too spicy and alcoholic for a traditional witbier. Nevertheless quite drinkable.

Pours golden with a white head.Not much in the aroma, some sweetness and spice .Flavor is wheat ,coves and banana.Medium body.Expected more, both in the flavor and the aroma, from the chamomile.

Overall felt like a extra spicey witt. Unclear pale yellow with a huge white head. Strong stinging spicey aroma mixed with flowers. Also abit soapy. Fresh and easygoing flavor with notes of sweet wheat, coriander and some citric lemon. Great beer in the end of the evening.

Bottle. Large white creamy lasting head. Sparkling hazy yellow body. Aroma of coriander, flowers and wheat. Dry, medium sweet and light bitter.

Bottled (thanks Fonefan & SHIG). So I ended up with two bottles of this due to SHIG throwing in some extras with a Rulles Jean Chris Nr 1... HAzy golden colour, with big foamy white head, that disappears quite fast. Leaves some lace. Aroma is very spicy and yeasty along with some herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, yeasty and quite herbal. Note very exciting, and the finish gets some really earthy/mouldy notes along with the yeast and herbal notes.
