Feb 2, 2009 Bottled, Yellow hazy colour, has a good solid head witch falls quickly, a character with a blend of many aromas. Mildly sour taste with spices. A good replacement for Champagne.

Dec 23, 2008 bottle, Christmas beer fest in Essen, Belgium. Pours light gold light head, with aromas of lemon and orange peel, some yeast. Flavors are light and nice, refreshing sweet citrus and light bitterness. Dry finish.

Dec 14, 2008 Very good, just off-white head, fine, over clear golden beer. Bit of vomit, coriander, sweet malts, citrus, herbs, flowery. Delicate despite the first epitheton. Soap, coriander, sweet citrus, ends a bit flat. Sweetness on the palated, like sugar-preserved citrus slices. Doable, if certainly not great. For a wit, OK.
