Very good, just off-white head, fine, over clear golden beer. Bit of vomit, coriander, sweet malts, citrus, herbs, flowery. Delicate despite the first epitheton. Soap, coriander, sweet citrus, ends a bit flat. Sweetness on the palated, like sugar-preserved citrus slices. Doable, if certainly not great. For a wit, OK.

Bottle. aroma flowers, roasted malt and caramel. Unclear yellow colour with large white head. Sweet flavour from the roasted malt mixed with camomille and orange. Sweet and delicate, just like Christmas. Far from typical for a Christmas brew, but what else could be expected from Ølfabrikken.

It’s hazy golden with a huge, white, lasting and creamy head. The aroma has sweetness and notes of coriander, oranges, apple and basement. The flavour has sweetness, notes of fruit, coriander, oranges, apple and a touch of damp basement. I find it too sweet, the alcohol is a bit bothering and IMO it’s too heavy as a wit.

Bottled. An unclear orange-amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with a stinging note of spices among them coriander, but also a note of soap water. The flavor is sweet wheaty with strong notes of spices, coriander and lemongrass, but also some soapwater, leading to a dry wheaty finish, where the alcohol shows up with a slight burn in the throat.

The aroma has citrus, spicies and is perhaps a bit sour. It looks like a wheat beer. The flavor has yeast, with some spicies.

Bottled. Hazy golden yellow in colour with a rather large dense off-white head. Nicely balanced with notes of yeast, spices, alcohol, citrus and hops.
