Dec 26, 2007 Very cloudy golden colour with a nice head. Very spicy aroma with notes of coriander and pepper. Also flavour of spices. Ends up with a alcoholic finish.

Dec 26, 2007 Bottle, bought @ SuperBrugsen, Bramdrupdam. Pours a great hazy yellow golden. An equally pretty and nice frothy white head that leaves lots of lacing. Aroma has lots of yeast and camomille - a generally wonderful floral touch. Great creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is powerfully spicy with lots of wheaty sweetness. Coriander and camomille is absolutely perfectly balanced with the vinious edge and general sweetness. Fabolously fresh Christmas brew - this should certainly be repeated in 2008.

Dec 23, 2007 (Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Grovlam. Hazy, pale golden with a lively, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and spices with a floral touch. Medium body, sweetish, floral notes, a little yeastiness and vitamin flavours with the finish showing lots of alcohol. A rather refined and sophisticated brew - kinda like a strong Saison really. 191207

Aroma of coriander, camomile, orange, wheat, yeast and mixed fruit. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness.
