Tasted 2007-12-13. 2007-version. Pours cloudy, light yellow with big, creamy, white head. Kinda looks like snow is covering this beer. Aroma of alcohol, banana, flowers and coriander. Flavours of banana, vanilla, yeast and alcohol. Despite the taste of alcohol, this is a very accessible beer. It’s an odd christmas beer, though. Feels more like a summer beer, but it does keep you warm!

Bottled. very hazy golden, almost pale yellow colour with a lively long lasting white foam. Huge fruity and spicy aroma of Seville oranges, banana and apricots with bold spicy notes of coriander, cumin and pepper. Dryish, spicy flavour of banana, coriander, ginger, pepper and canned oranges. Long sweet and spicy finish of coriander, pepper and oranges. Nice Imperial Wit :)

Bottle@Home. Aroma of orange, banana, lemon and grapes. More or less like a baby-fruity-mash but that has started to ferment. Cloudy, yellow color, white irregular head, fair lace. Loads of coriander, sweet banana and orange. Bitter and alcoholic finish. Is this classified as a Belgian White? It’s more like a spice/herb/vegetable and unbalanced and overdone as well.

Bottle. Pours a quite hazy golden colour with a huge well alsting white head leaving a good lacing. Aroma of some spices, yeast, wheat and some orange. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is fresh and wheaty with yeast, mild spices, orange, some flowers, bit of citrus and bitter hops. Good wheaty bitter fruitish finish.

75cl. bottle: Unclear orange with a large off white head. Aroma and taste is completely tripel/wibier like. Yeast, citrus, orange peel, spices (chamomile/coriander). Medium bodied with a low but still sprinkly feel. The spices dominates the taste. Overall powerfull wibier - very good!

A fine aroma of wheat, coriander and citrus greets you as you pour this golden beer with its huge head. The flavour is quite spiced and perfumed with coriander and oranges filling the picture. A bit sweet...

Deep yellow unclear. Good carbonation. Rich aroma with malty sweetness, wheat, yeast an floral notes. Complex flavour with more malty sweetness, wheat, oranges and floral notes. Some yeasty bitterness the finish. Warming alcohol. Overall more like a tripel than a wit. A Hoegarden Grand Cru clone?... Nice though
