bager (2063), Copenhagen N, Denmark Aug 2, 2008 Bottled. Hazy and pale golden in colour with a medium sized white head. Quite well balanced - to my surprise. A bit malty with notes of elderberries, crest and other herbs. Hint of yeast. A little bit too sweet - had it been less sweet and more crisp - it would have been really good.
