Monkeypower (52), Odense C, Denmark Jun 23, 2008 Amber with a good head. An aroma with malty sweetness and juniper. The flavour is more citric metallic with more juniper taste.
aru (86), Smørum, Denmark Dec 29, 2008 Bought this can of beer for DKK 5,- in the local discount super market. This is really value for money considering the alternative to this being industrial pilsners or lagers. The color is orange / light amber with quick vanishing white head. The aroma is fruity and fresh. The taste is light (actually too light to my taste) and fresh with fruit notes and a rather thin palette. thebeertourist (2060), Oslo, Norway Nov 21, 2008 On tap at Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà, Roma. Hazy amber, smooth head. Great grapefruity hop aroma and flavours. Enjoy, enjoy! ogivlado (2550), Zagreb, Croatia Nov 20, 2008 Canned(330ml). -trade with faroeviking (thanks Jacob).
Hazy pale amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, flowery nose. Floral and hoppy taste with notes of grapefruit. Moderate bitterness in the finish. Ok beer. Grovlam (3420), Copenhagen, Denmark Nov 18, 2008 Can. Average beige thick head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Clear amber color. Aroma of light sweet floral, dusty grain, hint of apricot. Over the palate came mild grapefruit, floral, caramel. Light bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry thin texture. Light bitter flavor with good counter sweetness. Light bitter dry finish. Doggythedog (1092), Split, Croatia Nov 17, 2008 Can shared with ogivlado who got in a trade with faroeviking (thanks!)
Hazy orange-brown body. The nose is promising... elder and hop. The taste is a bit light but nice aromatic hopiness, elder again. Light bitterness. Light light carrot heh. Very, very drinkable. Not the world’s best pale ale but still quite pleasant and I’d have it again.
