Grainy, citrusy aroma. Big notes of mash... smells like a brewery. The flavor is also grainy with good balance. Very earthy with huge wood and must. Thin. Light-bodied with fragile carbonation. Finishes grainy and watery. I can almost taste the entire grain bill. Interesting. Different. dberger624 (1028), Phila, Pennsylvania, USA
