Jan 11, 2009 On tap at Bertha’s Mussels - Fell’s Point - Baltimore, MD as "Oliver’s Dark Mild." Light salt, oak and malt nose. Kiss of hops. Flavor starts off with a slightly peculiar, old cask, half brett character and some deeper malts find a flavor base in British yeast esters. Palate is mid-bodied, yet ends dry. A full-flavored, very light and palatable beer that carries a lot of character. There’s some weirdness in there, but otherwise, it’s pretty tasty.

Oct 29, 2007 I think this is what I sampled. It went by the name Dark Mild. More of a bitter with average hop and a soapy finish. Not one to go gaga over.
