Soft toasted ginger and nutty earth-like aromas right light undercurrents of sweet biscuit throughout. Light fruity ginger root and earth are well balanced on foundation of bready wheat tones. A faint British hop bitterness rounds to a crisp refreshing finish. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Well done. Bet this would be great with sushi.. ben4321 (1041), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Location: On tap at the Pratt Street Ale House, 9/6/09
Aroma: Malty, a bit of wheat, biscuit, citrus, ginger
Appearance: Hazy golden color, medium white head
Flavor: Earthy, bready flavor, mostly malty, some spice, with a nice British feel
Palate: Crisp and refreshing, light-medium body
Overall Impression:
This was a reasonably tasty beer, has a bit of a British feel to it, but is still a nice wheat ale, with many of those characteristics. I like it, they did a nice job with this one.
