boto (1190), Granby, Connecticut, USA Dec 28, 2007 Draught @ The Wharf Rat: This one pours an amber color. It had a small off-white head on it. The aroma was lighter, but contained notes of grassiness and some caramel malt. The taste was decent enough. It had a fairly decent malt body with some hop bite. Not real exciting, but not bad either. Ungstrup (10794), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 18, 2006 A hazy red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of berries - I find to too light. The flavor is sweet with quite a lot of lemon, but also light notes of berries as well as hints of wood towards the end, which is bitter and hoppy. Nothing special. Ruby red amber, light head and lacing. Nose of light sweet fruit, light hops. The flavor is malty, sweet with light roast. Nice finish and mouthfeel but the nose is abscent. argo0 (6004), Washington DC, USA Jul 23, 2006 Clear copper body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, earthy, light peat. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some earthy. Light-medium body, soft palate. hopscotch (4358), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Jul 17, 2006 Draft... RBSG2006... Clear amber ale with a small, fizzy, off-white head. Lightly fruity nose with barely a rumor of molasses. The flavor pulls up just short of medium bitter and is a touch tangy. Medium-bodied with a faintly creamy mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Grapefruity, coarse finish.
