A sweet aroma hides the smoothness of this beer. The hops were far more noticeable in the aftertaste than the beer itself. A tad on the thin side, but not unbearably so.

Amber appearance with a small head. Aroma is more malty than hoppy, with some fruit and spice. Medium-bodied, moderately carbonated flavor. When the hops finally do show up in the taste, they are more subdued, in the English IPA tradition. Dry, slightly bitter finish.

Orioles Opening Day Festivities - Deep amberish, creamy white head. Nose was citrus and florals, with hints of caramel and butter. Flavor was quite similar, rich tasting, and well balanced. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bittersweet finish. This definitely works as a session ale...

Hazy pale body with a medium sized off-white head. Floral and herbal hops with light honey in the nose. The flavor is fairly dry with floral hops, light citrus and bread. Medium body is round with moderate carbonation.

Not as hoppy as I expected, a little mellow for a pale ale, but still very crisp, clean, smooth, kept a nice head, great balance, nice pale ale

Sample at the brewpub. The beer pours a slightly hazed orange-amber color with a medium and fluffy white head that recedes slowly. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops and malt. Medium, smooth body with flavors of hops, citrus and some bready malt. The finish is malty up front with a lightly bitter hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Clear orange body with small tan head. Aroma initially struck me as caramel malty, but quickly I also noticed a strong floral hoppiness. That's kind of how the beer tastes as well -- good maltiness (mostly caramel) up front, but finishes with a strong floral hoppiness. I can't recall a finish like this one. Interesting if nothing else.

Had this on tap over at Pier 4 Bar; Nice amber color, and good balanced aroma. The flavor is a little shy on hops, but very easy drinking and enjoyable.
