| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 28, 2006 Nitro... Hazy, deep amber ale with a mid-sized, creamy, almost beige head. Impeccable retention. The nose is greatly diminished by the nitro infusion, but as the herbal, earthy beer warms there are gentle reminders of leather, butter and grapefruit. Good balance in flavor. Well-bittered for the style. No sweetness. Medium-bodied and creamy with soft carbonation. Lengthy, crisp, bitter finish. Great cream ale! BückDich (4854), McCall, Idaho, USA

Amber color, creamy white head, lots of lacing. Nose of light grassy citrusy hops and some sweet malts. The flavor is tangy, moderately bitter. Too much citris character to clash with the malts. Braudog (3770), Dayton, Ohio, USA
