Commercial Description: Our Scottish ale, with an original gravity of 1052, would be an 80 shilling ale. It has a hint of the hops, a tinge of smokiness and a fruity malt sweetness.
Copper color with a medium size head. Somewhat constrained nose that is a bit fruity but mostly toasted malt. Medium-bodied flavor in the mild, slightly bitter taste that is neither offensive or daring. A good session beer.
