Commercial Description:
Named for the postal code of regal Chelsea where Jennifer and I made the first ever batch of Oliver Ale. A medium bodied English amber that makes great company for burgers and sandwiches.

Clear red with no head. Faint malty aroma. Caramel Decent hops and a rich earthiness.

on tap-pours a white ring for a head and gold color. Aroma is mild medium malt-caramel, citrus. Taste is medium malt-caramel/peat, citrus/copper/earthy hops. Semi dry finish. OK/mild carbonation.

growler from wharf rat @ camden yards pours a cooper honey colour with a medium sized quick fading white head with some lacing. aroma is buttery,sweet malt, some bread and citrus. flavour is also buttery, some fresh fruit. some bread and grapefruit also. seems to be quite a bit of dicetyl but very enjoyable non the less.

Ruddy brown, foamy khaki head. Yeasty, otter-ish aroma with very light diacetyl. Buttery, wooody, dry, lightly tannic-tart. Quick finish. Medium light body, woody finish. Good session bitter.

Clear amber body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, caramel. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, caraeml, bread/biscuit. light floral. Medium body. Very drinkable and enjoyable session beer.

A fine amber that went down easy. A great example of the style. Another solid beer from a great microbrewery.
