Jun 1, 2008 Shiny gold hue, clear, and a loose foam. Fleeting nose of oatmeal and baked apples; butter and grass gain speed over time. On the tongue, sweetened butter and bitter apple skins evolve into a grassy wash. Chewy texture for such a slim body; biting carbonation.
Fermentation flaws cannot be ignored on a setting this delicate.
33 cl can, best before 12.2008. Tasted blind in a class III showdown, tied for 6th place (of 8).
